Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. However, we do endeavour to have your order sent as soon as possible. 

ONLINE ORDERS: Once orders are handed over to Australia Post, they are no longer the responsibility of In Bloom Maternity & Nursing. Hence, any issues with parcels being lost or stolen are to be taken up with Australia Post by the customer. Tracking numbers are provided at time of fulfilment.

An email notification will be sent once the items have been shipped.

Shipping times may fluctuate based on Australia Post’ and Aramex systems that are out of our control.

SUSPENDED: For ‘Free Local Delivery’ items purchased on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and before 3pm Tuesday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Items purchased Tuesday after 3pm, Wednesday and Thursday before 3pm will be delivered on Thursday. Item may be delivered earlier at drivers discretion. Free Local Delivery will be suspended for Tuesday 9th September and will resume Thursday 11th September 2025.

Standard Shipping excludes some products. Larger and heavier products incur higher shipping rates.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Certain products are excluded from being shipped from the online store and are only available in store or for local pick up.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges will apply for re-dispatch. $10 administration or restocking fees will be charged.
